Instructions for using the rock instrument seat deflectometer:

Tighten the eccentric shaft handle and first fix the fixed seat on the instrument base. Fix the movable seat in the appropriate position according to the length of the tested part. Press down on the ball handle, insert the component, and use two supports to hold the center hole of the component. Tighten the grip tightly to secure it in place. Place the activity gauge holder in the desired position and use a dial indicator (micrometer) to perform the inspection work.

The instrument has a simple structure and is easy to operate. The seat handle can be used to load and unload the measured parts for measurement.

Operating procedures for using the deflection inspection instrument:

1. The deflection inspection instrument is a precision detection instrument, and the operator is proficient in the operation skills of the instrument, maintains and upkeep it, and designates a dedicated person to use it.

2. The deflection inspection instrument should always keep the equipment intact, the equipment installation should be balanced, the guide rail surface should be smooth, without any bumps or scratches, and the allowable deviation of the two coaxiality should be less than 0.02mm in both the a and b directions within the range of L=400mm.

Before inspecting the workpiece, the accuracy of the deflection instrument should be verified using an L=400MM inspection rod and a dial gauge. Only after passing the inspection can it be used.

1、 When inspecting workpieces, they should be handled with care and no tools or workpieces are allowed to be placed on the guide surface.

2、 After the completion of the workpiece inspection, the instrument should be maintained immediately. The guide rail and sleeve should be oiled and rust proofed, and the surrounding environment should be kept clean.

3、 A dedicated person should be designated to conduct precision testing and inspection of the deflectometer at the end of each month, ensuring that the equipment is in good condition and keeping accurate measurement records.
